All information and materials relating to "Practical Courses for Surviving Adventure" (the "Adventure Course Materials") are provided on behalf of Prometheus Medical Limited (a company registered in England and Wales with registered offices at The Old Rectory, Hope under Dinmore, Herefordshire, HR6 0PW) ("Prometheus"). If you submit information in relation to the Adventure Course Materials, please note that Prometheus has its own privacy policy and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for such policy or the information you submit. Please check their privacy policy before you submit any personal data in relation to the Adventure Course Materials.

7. Access To Information

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
