Lifeventure Warranty
Lifeventure warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration, or damage caused by any form of natural disaster, such as floods and earthquakes. Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product.
Returning a Product
If you suspect your product to be incomplete or faulty, please email our Customer Services Department [customer.services@lifeventure.co.uk], or alternatively call us on 00 44 (0)118 981 1433 (Lines are open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm GMT). We aim to deal with enquiries within 72 hours.
In most cases, we require the product in question to be returned for inspection together with proof of purchase. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we shall (at no charge to you) repair or replace the product at our discretion, and return the product to you. There is no charge for the inspection or the return postage. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
